Who

Presbyter of Antioch and head of its school of rhetoric. At the synod of Antioch in 268 he questioned the city's bishop, Paul of Samosata, who taught that Christ was a mere man. His questioning exposed Paul's teaching, and Paul was deposed. Eusebius preserves part of the synod's letter, which Malchion is said to have written.
