Who
Bishop of Alexandria from about 282 to 300, between Maximus and the martyr Peter, whom he trained. The Letter to Lucianus, counsel to a Christian chamberlain at the imperial court, was printed under his name in the seventeenth century, but scholars now judge it a modern forgery. The series keeps it and says so in its notice.
