CommentRemigius of AuxerrePublic domainMatthew 15:21–28

He went that He might heal them of Tyre and Sidon; or that He might deliver this woman’s daughter from the daemon, and so through her faith might condemn the wickedness of the Scribes and Pharisees. Of this woman it proceeds; “And, behold, a woman, a Chananite, came out from those parts.”

Reproduced in full. Translation: Oxford 1841 (Newman), public domain (Public domain).
