Targum Neofiti on Genesis 3:15 — as quoted by Pitre (p 27); translation: Martin McNamara, Targum Neofiti 1: Genesis (Aramaic Bible 1A)

I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your sons and her sons…For her sons, however, there will be a remedy, but for you, O serpent, there will not be a remedy, since they are to make appeasement in the end, in the day of King Messiah.

No freely usable English translation of this passage is online, so the note keeps Pitre's quotation and links to the full text. Translation: Martin McNamara, Targum Neofiti 1: Genesis (Aramaic Bible 1A), as quoted by Pitre.

Why it is cited

The Aramaic paraphrase reads the war between the woman's sons and the serpent as ending 'in the day of King Messiah' — Jewish evidence that Genesis 3:15 was a messianic text before Christianity.
