One of David’s wives in Hebron and the mother of his fourth son: “and the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith” (2 Samuel 3:4). She is named only as his mother, notably when he claimed the throne: “Then Adonijah the son of Haggith exalted himself” (1 Kings 1:5).
