Who

Master of the cathedral school of Laon, the leading theological school of northern France around 1100, and briefly the teacher of Peter Abelard. His school assembled the marginal and interlinear glosses on the Psalms, the Pauline epistles and the Gospels that grew into the Glossa Ordinaria, and the Catena Aurea often cites a gloss "according to Anselm". He is not the same man as Anselm of Canterbury.
