CommentBedePublic domainMark 3:19–22

the Lord leads the Apostles, when they were elected, into a house, as if admonishing them, that after having received the Apostleship, they should retire to look on their own consciences.

Wherefore it is said, “And they came into a house, and the multitude came together again, so that they could not eat bread.”

Reproduced in full. Translation: Oxford 1841 (Newman), public domain (Public domain).
