Who

Eighty-five canons on the ordination and discipline of bishops and clergy, appended to the Apostolic Constitutions and issued under the names of the apostles, in fact compiled in Syria about 380. The last canon lists the books of Scripture. The East received all eighty-five (the Council in Trullo names them first among the canons), while the West through Dionysius Exiguus accepted only the first fifty.
